By purchasing a ticket, registering, or entering the event premises of the Vitelli Pata Expo Off-Road Event (“Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not attend or participate.

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent)
   
• Possess a valid driver’s license (if operating a vehicle)
   
• Comply with all event safety rules
   

Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone at their sole discretion.

Off-road driving, vehicle exhibitions, and motorsports activities are inherently dangerous.

By attending or participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle collisions
   
• Mechanical failure
   
• Property damage
   
• Personal injury
   
• Serious bodily harm
   
• Death
   

You accept full responsibility for your participation.

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless:

Vitelli Pata Expo Off-Road Event
Its owners, officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates

from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Event.

This includes claims arising from negligence.

You agree to indemnify and defend the Event organizers from any claims resulting from:

• Your actions
   
• Damage caused by your vehicle
   
• Violation of laws or event rules
   

Participants are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring their vehicle is mechanically safe
   
• Carrying proper insurance
   
• Securing their equipment
   

The Event does not inspect or certify vehicle safety unless explicitly stated.

Spectators must:

• Remain in designated areas
   
• Follow staff instructions
   
• Not enter restricted zones
   

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

The Event reserves the right to:

• Cancel or postpone due to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure
   
• Modify schedules without liability
   

Refunds, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of the organizer.

Payments processed via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal are subject to their terms.

By attending the Event, you grant Vitelli Pata Expo Off-Road Event the unrestricted right to use your image, likeness, voice, and vehicle in:

• Photographs
   
• Video recordings
   
• Marketing materials
   
• Social media
   

No compensation will be provided.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reckless driving outside designated areas
   
• Alcohol or drug impairment
   
• Fighting or aggressive conduct
   
• Unauthorized vendors
   
• Firearms (unless legally permitted and disclosed)
   

Violation may result in immediate removal and possible law enforcement involvement.

The Event shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather
   
• Government restrictions
   
• Natural disasters
   
• Public safety concerns
   

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
